Ordered food from Mainland China lately? The company that owns the well-known Chinese fine dining restaurant, Speciality Restaurants Ltd, has come out with an initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares worth around Rs 1.17 crore.

The Kolkata-registered but Mumbai head-quartered Speciality Restaurants Ltd (SRL) is offering public 117.39 lakh shares at a price band of Rs 146 and Rs 155.

MUMBAI: Jubilant Foodworks, India's second largest food service chain after McDonald's, witnessed a decline in same-store sale growth (SSG) in the March quarter.

Jubilant Foodworks Ltd. (JFL) reported net sales growth of 46.1% YoY to Rs.2.83 bn driven by a) 26 store additions, b) 5% average price hike in Nov11, and c) 26.2% same store sales (SSS) growth in the quarter.
