The Board of Directors of OnMobile Global Ltd at its meeting held on May 07, 2012, has considered and recommended a dividend of Re.

The BSE Sensex fell 1% due to fall in capital goods, banks, metals and technology stocks. Even the NSE Nifty dropped below the 5100 level led by 32 components.

Bangalore-based OnMobile Global , a value added services company for mobile, landline and media service providers, has reported a significant fall of 72.22% quarter-on-quarter in its net profit of Rs 5 crore for the fourth quarter of FY12.

The benchmark equity indices are likely to come under further pressure this week as investors await clarity on the general anti-avoidance rule (GAAR) and factory output data for March on the domestic front.
